“We have a habit of putting off our color touch-ups as long as possible, and this time, we were pushing it. To make matters worse, our dark brown roots really stood out because we'd gone too light at our last appointment at another salon. Flynn-Hui spared us the lecture and practically read our mind when she suggested that we go easy on the bleach and space out our streaks. Alternating between honey and caramel, she painted sections of hair around our face and crown, securing them with foil. We left a more subtle, believable blonde.”
